Executive Search

Our process is based around only agreeing to take on an assignment if we feel that we truly understand the brief after meeting the client and gaining an insight into their respective culture and values. This is crucial for us to be able to represent them to a candidate population that may not be actively seeking new opportunities.

Our lead consultant works on the project through all stages of the assignment and works closely with our in house research team to enable us to provide regular updates on the search to our clients.

Advertised Selection

Some of our assignments may need a combination of executive search and advertised selection. This could be where the client is either operating in a limited market or they are more flexible on the background required.

We will propose a highly targeted, bespoke suggestion of where to advertise, using only appropriate online or offline media. This ensures we target the correct candidate pool for each assignment.

We design and produce all advertising, ensuring that all candidates who respond are given an exceptional level of service.

Database Network Search

As we are experts in our specialist markets, we are always able to provide an additional form of candidate sourcing through our own extensive networks.
